Order Form右の各商品を色・サイズ別に数量を指定していただき「add」ボタンを押していただくと、Order FormのDetailエリアに、指定いただいた内容が反映されます。
ご購入される商品の指定が終わりましたら、お客様のお名前、メールアドレス、お電話番号、配送希望日をご記入いただき、「Order」ボタンを押してください。お客様にご入力いただいたメールアドレスに自動返信メールが届きます。
ご注文後1営業日以内に、ご注文内容の確認、お支払い合計を改めてご連絡させていただきます。
- お支払い方法
- DMC - FashionのNetshopへのお支払いは、佐川急便の代金引換えのみとなります。表示されている商品価格以外に配送料、代引き手数料が必要となります。
- 送料

送料は下記の表の通りです。ご購入金額30,000円以上は、送料を弊社で負担いたします。30,000円以下の商品のオーダーに関しては、１個(最大10kgまで)につき下記送料のご負担をお願い致します。

- 800円：北海道
- 700円：東北（青森県,岩手県,秋田県,宮城県,山形県,福島県）,九州（福岡県,佐賀県,長崎県,大分県,熊本県,宮崎県,鹿児島県）
- 700円：四国
- 600円：信越（新潟県,長野県）,北陸（富山県,石川県,福井県）,東海（岐阜県,静岡県,愛知県,三重県）,関西（大阪府,滋賀県,京都府,兵庫県,奈良県,和歌山県）中国（鳥取県,島根県,岡山県,広島県,山口県）

- 代引き手数料

代引き手数料は以下の通りです。
- 1万円以下：315円
- 3万円以下：420円
- 10万円以下：630円
- 30万円以下：1,050円
- 50万円以下：2,100円
- 100万円以下：3,150円
- 100万円を超える場合：4,200円
- キャンセル、ご返品について
- 商品の品質は万全を期しておりますが、万一商品が破損・汚損していた場合、またはご注文と異なった商品が届いた場合は、ご連絡いただければ、すぐに 交換・返品させていただきます。尚、その場合、誠にお手数ですが、返送される前にまずはメールまたはお電話にてご一報くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

- 11pc-50pc: 50% of the retail price
- 50pc or more: Would be determined by both company's agreement by email.
The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but inclusive of the Japanese rate of VAT (5%). Goods ordered outside the Japan may incur import taxes by Customs and Excise in the respective countries.

Your order will be dispatched after available delivery date. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. For buyers outside Japan the shipping confirmation will include carrier and tracking number information.
- Shipping and collecting international packages

International orders will be shipped with UPS or Post. With the help of your tracking number information you can track your package at the UPS website (www.ups.com). The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. Since UPS couriers require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at specified shipping address at the time of the delivery. During the registration of your DMC-Fashion Wholesale Store account you will be required to register your personal address information. If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process at the DMC-Fashion Wholesale Store. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

- Exchanges, returns and refunds

The customer reserves the right to return the goods within two weeks (14 days) of receiving the goods on condition of the following: The goods are returned in the same condition and quantity as when received. The goods are unused other than for the pupose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. For some goods, the original packaging may constitute part of the value of the good, such as a shoe box for a pair of shoes and hence the same rules apply to this. Returned goods are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled, the amount is deposited back into the customer's account.
When exercising your right to return an item, the shipment is paid by the customer. When returning an item, please enclose your receipt with your name, address and account no. DMC-Fashion Wholesale Store will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after DMC-Fashion Wholesale Store receives the returned products.
